Terms of Service

bimmerportal.xyz lets you decode a BMW or Mini vehicle by its VIN and purchase compatible digital products — such as navigation FSC codes, CarPlay and feature activations, repair kits, vehicle data, and coding files. All products are digital and are delivered on screen, as a download, or by email.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials secure, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person; accounts created with disposable or temporary email addresses are not permitted.

The Service uses prepaid credits. You top up credits by card through our payment provider, then spend them on products. Each product's price in credits is shown before you confirm. Prices and credit values may change, but changes do not affect credits you have already purchased.

Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except as described below. Any promotional or bonus credits (for example, a sign-up bonus) may be subject to additional conditions and may be revoked in cases of abuse.

Products are generated and delivered digitally, usually within seconds. Because of this, successfully delivered codes and files are non-refundable.

If a generation fails or times out, the credits for that request are refunded to your balance automatically — you never pay for a failed request. Some products require information from you (such as the correct region or whether a feature is already activated); an incorrect answer can produce an unusable file, and these are not refundable. We warn you clearly before any such purchase is confirmed.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: attempting to access it by automated means without permission; reselling or redistributing access, codes, or files except as permitted; interfering with or probing the Service's security; or using the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are engaged in fraud or abuse.

Coding, activation, and file products modify vehicle software and are used entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for confirming a product is appropriate for your exact vehicle and for applying it correctly. We are not responsible for any damage, malfunction, data loss, warranty issues, or other consequences arising from the use or misapplication of any product. If you are unsure whether a product applies to your vehicle, contact us before purchasing.

bimmerportal.xyz is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by BMW AG, MINI, or any of their subsidiaries. All trademarks, model names, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification and compatibility purposes.

The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service.

The Service and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as payment, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
